- Once you have been approved you will be redirected back to our website and your order is complete.

Is there a minimum order value to apply for finance?
We offer this financing option on all orders over £350 with a repayment period between 6 and 10 months.
Do I qualify for financing?
To apply for financing, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years old or over
- A resident in the UK for at least 3 years
- You must have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits
- Employed (minimum 16 hours), retired or receiving disability benefit
- Your order must be delivered to your bank account's billing address
When you have made your application to Novuna, they will securely process your application and ensure that you meet the correct credit rating criteria for financing.
What information I need to provide?
During Novuna’s application process, you’ll be asked to provide some basic personal details, including your marital status, residential status, and employment information. You will also need your bank account details, proof of address, and, in some cases, your credit or debit card for deposit payment and ID verification.
Are hard copies of my documents needed?
The Novuna application process is entirely paperless. Your contract and terms & conditions will be sent to the email address you provide. When applying for finance, you will simply need to enter your credit card details. The applicant must be present at the time of delivery or collection, and you may be asked to present your card or proof of ID when receiving or collecting your order from the store.
Is any deposit required?
Yes, we require 10% deposit to be paid when placing the order.
What is the order and application process?

- Select "Novuna Personal Finance" as your payment option and click on "Pay Now"
- Fill in the application form with your details. You will usually receive an instant decision from Novuna. If more details are required please contact Novuna directly.
- If you're happy with the terms complete the e-signature process.
- You will receive a confirmation once the whole process has been succesfully completed.
What happens when I apply?
Novuna will process your information and carry out a credit check using an automated system. In most cases, the result is instant; however, if the outcome is inconclusive, a manual review may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 day. If necessary, Novuna may request additional information to finalise their decision.
Why was my credit application declined?
Reasons may include eligibility issues, insufficient credit history, negative credit file information, or unsatisfactory application details. Neither Heze Furniture or Novuna can provide you with the exact reason why your application has been rejected. We advise you to check your credit report before attempting to re-apply.
Can I make higher repayments or pay off my loan earlier?
Yes, you can repay your finance early in full or partially.

If your complaint concerns your finance agreement, we will forward it to Novuna, who will respond within eight weeks.
