Delivery Policy

Getting your order from our store to your doorstep should feel simple, reliable, and stress-free. Below you’ll find a clear guide to every delivery service we offer, so you can choose the pace and price that suit you best. Whenever possible, our own team of trained drivers look after your parcel from warehouse shelf to your front step, ensuring every item is handled with care. For wider coverage, we partner with trusted nationwide carriers—Parcelforce, XDP, Palletways, and DHL—selected for their reliability and transparent tracking. No matter which option you choose, you’ll receive real-time updates, and our support crew is ready to help before, during, and after dispatch.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Delivery options are assigned based on the weight, size, and nature of the products in your order. Not all delivery options are available for every product. The delivery method applicable to each item is determined at the time of purchase.

Product-Specific Wait Times

Each product on our website displays its individual estimated wait time on the product page. The expected delivery timeframe for your order is also shown at checkout before you place your order. Please review this information carefully prior to purchase, as wait times can vary between products depending on availability and handling requirements.

Multi-Item Orders

If your order contains items with different estimated wait times, your entire order will be dispatched once all items are ready, using the longest lead time as the default. This is to avoid unnecessary partial deliveries.

If you require items to be delivered separately, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate a split delivery arrangement. Split deliveries may not always be possible and could be subject to additional charges.

Courier Delays

All delivery timeframes quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the care of a third-party courier (XDP, DHL, Parcelforce, or Palletways), Heze Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including but not limited to delays resulting from adverse weather conditions, high parcel volumes, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will provide tracking information where available so you can monitor your delivery. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf where possible.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a calling card, reattempt delivery, or return the item to a local depot. Heze Limited is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from failed delivery attempts where the customer was unavailable or provided an incorrect address.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to guarantee changes to delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched. Heze Limited accepts no responsibility for failed or misdirected deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damages in Transit

All orders are carefully packaged before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging, take photographs, and contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Claims reported outside this window may not be accepted.
